NOS SERVICES EN GESTION LOCATIVE

Nous assurons la gestion, l'entretien et la valorisation de patrimoines immobiliers à EVRY et LONGJUMEAU et de manière plus élargie sur toute l'ESSONNE. Titulaires d'un mandat par le propriétaire (particulier ou institutionnel), nous effectuons l'ensemble des tâches à sa place et pour son compte :

  • Relocation par l'intermédiaire de nos deux agences
  • Sélection des candidats locataires
  • Rédaction des baux et actes de caution
  • Suivi des procédures en collaboration avec des avocats spécialisés
  • Recouvrement des loyers et charges
  • Etats des lieux 
  • Rénovation ou réhabilitation des logements vacants
  • Suivi des travaux
  • Gestion des sinistres
  • Conseils pour l'établissement de la déclaration de revenus et de l'IFI
  • Prise en charge des diverses obligations administratives et fiscales (impôts locaux, TVA, revenus fonciers etc.)
